DISMISSED!

My client was charged with Drug Delivery and Possession of Drugs With the Intent to Deliver (PWID). If convicted my client was looking at significant time in prison. Needless to say, we spent a lot of time preparing for a serious fight. Yesterday at Pittsburgh Municipal Court (City Court) I was successful in arguing that the charges should be dismissed. Once the judge stated that the charges were dismissed, my client was thrilled as was I. I say it all the time and I mean it, the preliminary hearing is vital in the criminal case.
